2019 Henry Handel Richardson Fellowship

I feel incredibly thrilled and honoured to have been offered the 2019 Henry Handel Richardson Fellowship for Short Story Writing. Thank you so much to Varuna, the Eleanor Dark Foundation and the Henry Handel Richardson Society.

During my two week residency, which will take place in the first half of next year,  I will be working on Naamah’s Ark (and other stories), a collection of short stories about women who live in the shadows of other people’s narratives.
